This month, we had Nederlander Concerts' Quinn Kim, Marketing & Publicity Manager, and Rodrigo Tafoya, Booking Coordinator, to speak at ToneDen as part of our monthly Lunch & Learn Series. Nederlander Concerts is a national concert promoter that promotes and produces a wide range of quality live entertainment across the United States.

Quinn graduated with a degree in Communications & PR. During her undergrad years, she interned at Live Nation with their House of Blues digital marketing department. Upon graduation, she was recruited to join the marketing and publicity team at Nederlander Concerts, where she has been for the past 3 years.

Rodrigo is a Booking Coordinator at Nederlander Concerts, one of the largest independent promoters in the live music industry today. The company is well known for their long and successful tenure booking concerts at the legendary Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, along with multiple venues in and out of California. Before joining Nederlander, Rodrigo spent over four years working in television as a Production Manager for NBC’s The Voice. Ironically, this opened the doors to the music industry for him. In 2014, he joined The Forum’s inaugural team under the MSG / Irving Azoff era, ultimately leading him to Nederlander in 2018.

Quinn and Rodrigo led the ToneDen team on a deep-dive into the relationship between Booking and Marketing. The result? Quotable tips that will keep any event marketer on point.
